I started out as a small company in the property industry during the year 2015, working in property lettings. Easylet Block Management was then incorporated in 2019. My business has been built from recommendation. I achieved this due to my strong focus on client satisfaction, my multifarious skills, and attention to detail. As I am independent of any large group of companies this ensures prompt decisions can be made, and any changes implemented without having to go through unnecessary bureaucratic processes.

I really care about my properties. They are not just another number on the system. I treat them as if they were one of my own personal properties.  I have a modern forward-thinking approach. Yet, are proud to retain my traditional values.

Over the years I have accumulated a good source of local contractors who provide me with an excellent service, and rates which we pass straight onto our clients.

 As an independent business, I make sure that I am easily accessible to my clients, and accountable for all activities I have been requested to manage and administer.

I know from my existing customer relationships how they have, and continue, to appreciate my committed and transparent approach. Additionally, the regard and attentiveness I apply to managing their properties.
